这次做葡萄柚 - Grapefruits。
猜猜是什么？ 呵呵~~~ 这个是柠檬。是不是很大粒呢？
我在马来西亚买回来的，1粒 RM1。00。
这个是 Jas 介绍的青皮葡萄柚。
剥皮前后的分别是不是很大？ 呵呵~~~
剥了皮的柠檬和剥了皮的葡萄柚一样大。
这次用了7粒的葡萄柚 S$8。40，
7粒的柠檬 RM7。00，
800克的冰糖 S$2。40。
因为吃到葡萄柚有点酸和涩，所以这次放比较多的冰糖。

一粒柠檬RM1 也挺贵哟！我经常买一公斤RM 5 大楷有七，八粒。不过看起来挺新鲜的。我也在cold storage 买了这青色的葡萄柚，一粒S$1.50 买得比你的贵。

哈哈~~~ 就是看到它蛮大粒，所以就买来试试看咯！不过还是普通的比较香，这个的柠檬味道不太香。
Cold Storage 的东西是蛮贵的，我是在 NTUC 买的一粒S$1。20。

上个周六，本来也是想买葡萄柚做酵素，后来打消了念头。总觉得葡萄柚的皮很厚，肉却很少。

your lemon from Malaysia, quite ex hor...
your grapefruit, the b4 & after, is very obvious leh...hahaha...wow u used 7 grapefruit, that is lot, but after peeling, it become like very little....
Actually, big lemon is difficult to get from supermarkets. Wet market, may be still can get...

嗯~~~ 的确是很难在市场上找到，所以那天在马来西亚看到是，就快快的买下来了！哥哥还骂我神经病，新加坡没有柠檬卖吗？ 呵呵~~~ 但是他不知道新加坡没有这么大粒的柠檬啊！

对啊！所以这次我放蛮多的冰糖的，等今晚再试试看味道，如果还是那么涩的话，就要再加冰糖咯！呵呵~~~

i only done once which is pineapple only and that was done by my mum :P

你的这个葡萄柚 Grapefruits 像中秋节吃的柚子pamelo 多一点叻，因为皮厚肉少。
我还是喜欢以前我用半熟的红肉grapefruits 做的，皮薄肉厚和多汁，也没那么涩。你有试过吗？如果没有不妨一试。
