this cake is teach by Echo, very nice and yummy...
i think all chocolate lover will like it very much...
usually we use sponge cake as base, but this time not,
we use almond powder and some other igredient to make,
in center is use Praline Feuilletine + almond chocolate, crispy and not sweet.
on top is chocolate mousse.
