after reading auntie irene and ur blog, i decided to do enzyme too (although abit the late lah.. :p), and now I'm still waiting patiently (just made it yday hahaha).
I made pineapple and kiwi enzymes, but then... no bubbles! :( only abit can be seen between the fruit pieces.. may i know if your pineapple enzyme is like that too that time u made?
u can reply in chinese no problem, 我只是懒惰写华语而已, oops :p

on the 3rd day, more bubbles will be seen. As what Aunt Irene told us, I saw more bubbling on the 3rd day. Yea, counting down 2 more days b4 i can drink it. I m making Kiwi and dragonfruit on wed. Bought the items already.
