昨天晚上做了Pear的酵素﹗
呵呵~~~終於讓nicole找到大的瓶子了﹗
完成咯﹗嘻嘻~~~
做大瓶的要花比較長的時間﹐肖/切檸檬和水果﹐肖/切到手好酸啊﹗
而且份量也比較大﹐nicole用了10粒Pear, 8粒檸檬和大概900gram的rock sugar.
不過為了健康﹐是值得的﹗

昨天晚上做了Pear的酵素﹗
呵呵~~~終於讓nicole找到大的瓶子了﹗
完成咯﹗嘻嘻~~~

Where u buy the big bottle huh?
I'm tempted to do another bottle, but guess have to wait till i'm back b4 starting on doing another bottle...

i think you better wait until you came back 1st la! if you later all the fruits 發霉,because of you never shake the bottle!

I bought a similar bottle in clementi, if its near to you, i can give u the exact shop :D Also, there are bottles like this in ikea too, cost about $9 and its very big! you may try to get them too :)

你真的很勤劳哦！我到现在只是做了第一瓶, already tired liao hahaha! oh ya.. i did the big bottle like yours too, but i added too much fruits on the 4th day (which is yesterday) and the bubbles are bursting out of the bottle, click here. do not be like me ya! i too greedy le la :p

因为nicole想一直继续喝啊，所以就很努力的做咯！之前都做的比较小瓶，所以很努力的一直做咯！现在做大瓶的，就可以不要那么勤劳咯！嘻嘻~~~
那天nicole做橙酵素的时候也是这样，因为贪心，就把水果加的满满的，刚刚盖下去，没多久就流出来了！nicole还要抹干净！

ya, because is glasses so will be a bit heavy lo! must be careful when carry it.
if you want to made small bottle, then you must do very often, you know right, no much enzyme only! same more you are few family member to have it together, sure will finish faster.
make big one, can last bit longer ma! ha ha... ^_^

Enzyme for old ppl must be careful lor, cos certain fruit contain high sugar level so better to make sure that fruit is suitable for them.
Enjoy yr enzyme ya! The mango enzyme is very nice !

ya, michelle is right! for old people must be careful, dont do the fruits have high sugar one, like banana & mango. but once a while is ok la!

U r most welcome! My mother got diabetes so i also dun give her take too high sugar content fruit and specially make one bottle with less sugar for her. But too little of sugar also cannot cos it need sugar to activate the enzyme as well. Now i make 3 bottles every week cos all my family member and relative all take this enzymes.

昨晚回家后，就去看我的酵素。咦！为什么还有泡沫呢？Nicole,是这样的吗？如果明天还有泡沫的话，我可以过滤吗？我想芒果和香蕉酵素还是不要给我爸爸喝了，因为他有糖尿病。请问龙珠果和奇异果的种子需要拿出来吗？

对啊！是这样的。过滤掉那些渣会比较容易喝咯！那些渣可以拿来搽脸，不然可以用来作果酱也是可以！
嗯~~~芒果和香蕉还是不要给爸爸喝比较好！下次试试看别的水果吧，找没有糖份那么高的！
我刚刚问了auntie irene，她说不需要，只要做好后过滤掉就可以了！
我也要开始做酵素了。在Auntie Irene's blog knew that u have 性量法师的enzyne receipe 是吗？Pai Seh 可否email 一份给我呢？
