第一惊喜，就是 auntie Irene 教会我们怎样制作 Puff Pastry 的皮。
这些是水果盅 Puff Pastry, 但是我们没有用来放水果。呵呵~~~
而是放了 Sardine 和黑胡椒鸡肉。
有多种款式， 你比较喜欢哪一种呢？
嗯~~~ 看到那一层层吗？很香， 很酥脆的哟！Hmmm ...
这个是什么呢？这个叫情人酥 Palmiers
第二惊喜就是，利用“米台目”来做 Soon Kueh。
晶莹剔透，皮薄， 陷料一目了然。

Nicole, the skin really very smooth,and also Auntie Irene never call 几百年 la,just that when she ask me to use 米台目to make, I already try the traditional one, so can't be making again ma.
Anyway, will try using 米台目to make next month for my sister birthday.
