Actually, last time I work in Injection Molding company. The temperature used on the machines was like about 350 Deg C and must stay there to collect the product. That's why I can withstand the heat to "look after" the oven when baking the Kueh Lapis lor.
I attended an Uth Campus on that Sunday. If not can help to monitor the oven. Maybe next time.

你的千层糕烘得好漂亮,层次分明。是啊,我也领教过了,火候掌握很关键,烘久一点,怕表皮会焦黑,烘得不够,又会不熟透,哈哈哈~ 最好守在烤箱旁,目不转睛的看着蛋糕上色,这个任务L-5的确做得很好。。。
所谓一次生二次熟,再来几次都没问题。有加油一定可以做到最完美。
