昨天，Margaret, Irene 妈妈和我共同享受了这到美味的辣椒螃蟹它的煮法和辣椒虾很相似，但是味道是截然不同的。。。
是不是很期待呢？等等吧！呵呵~~~

你的千层糕烘得好漂亮，层次分明。是啊，我也领教过了，火候掌握很关键，烘久一点，怕表皮会焦黑，烘得不够，又会不熟透，哈哈哈~ 最好守在烤箱旁，目不转睛的看着蛋糕上色，这个任务L-5的确做得很好。。。
所谓一次生二次熟，再来几次都没问题。有加油一定可以做到最完美。

Long time never view blogs already. So many updates.
Thanks for the compliments.
Actually, last time I work in Injection Molding company. The temperature used on the machines was like about 350 Deg C and must stay there to collect the product. That's why I can withstand the heat to "look after" the oven when baking the Kueh Lapis lor.
I attended an Uth Campus on that Sunday. If not can help to monitor the oven. Maybe next time.
I missed the Chilli Crab. >SOB<
