星期六，在 Irene 妈妈家，遇到了 Linda, 她来学 Kuih Lapis.
还有 Mabel， 她来学 Macaron.

福建虾面
留意下个星期三 (16/7/08)的厨房笔记 hor！
这虾面真的很赞，单是汤头就已经美味的没话说了。
我们可是熬了 3 ~ 4 个小时呢！
姜葱猪肝我的最爱， 呵呵~~~ 喜欢吃猪肝的朋友，要留意咯！

面线蒸碗糕
这道糕点很特别, 口感有点像 Kuih Kosui 和年糕，但是比较有咬劲。
记得要留意今天和明天的厨房笔记啊！

当Auntie Irene跟我说用面线做Kuih Kosui我听傻了，从没想过面线也能做Kuih Kosui耶。
The prawn noodle soup looks so... shiok!! Must be very yummy.

So fast posted already. Just ate the prawn noodles. Still very yummy.
Moon cake tomorrow can eat liao. Must see whether I got pineapple and/or durian. Kekeke.

yesterday went home already quite late, made 2 bowls of prawn noodles for my family members to eat first, I didn't join them coz still feeling full. I can see they really enjoy it, said the soup very tasty.
ya, let's see who's lucky to have the pineapple ones. Could be u, L-5, Mabel, or may be me, coz I've got 1 mini one...hahaha...If I get it will let u all know...

不可思议哦？这是我第一次知道面线可以拿来做蒸碗糕，好神奇叻。

我也是从没听说过面线面线可以做Kuih kosui.真是山龟。哇！Belacan Kangkong 是我的最爱。虾面汤呢！。。是我的儿子最爱吃。可是我不是很喜欢吃，我比较喜欢Penang 福建虾面汤。

I know you want to say I c... d liao lah. That day L-5 left a comment in my blog, asking if i got the pineapples, I immediately cut two but sorry lah, taste the same.... heheh but I still haven't cut the other 2 so don't know lo.
