上周六，因为去参加朋友的婴儿满月宴，在傍晚时分才抵达 Irene妈妈的家。
因此错过了和 Joanne 见面。
Margaret 已经煮好了芋泥馅。接着 Irene 妈妈便教我们制作芋泥千层月饼，
哎哟！好多工噢！杆皮、包馅、油炸、才大功告成, 是美的咯！
芋泥千层月饼

星期天，Irene 妈妈一大早就在处理她的自制红糟酒。
经过了6个星期酝酿之后，今天是收成日。
酒香味满屋飘香，色泽迷人，让人陶醉。
有了红糟酒，怎可少了1道香味扑鼻的红酒糟鸡呢？
Irene 妈妈早在一个星期前就告诉我们要煮这道佳肴了！
于是，我们上巴杀买了1只鸡。
买了1kg 大虾，烹煮了一虾两味，
妙不可言的奶香芝士虾球和芝士烤金瓜奶油虾。
当然也买了半公斤的青菜咯。

吃完后，感觉全身暖呼呼的，加上昨天的冷天
woo!!! 好爽啊!
奶香芝士虾球浓郁的芝士配上新鲜的虾，赞！
黑胡椒奶油虾
配搭芝士烤金瓜，再淋上自制虾酱，嗯！超棒！

这就是我们丰富的晚餐
也是时候要重温啦！呵呵~~~
在我们制作月饼的时候， May 突击探访。
还带来了几样美食，给我们尝尝。
有金瓜 Ang Ku Kueh, 金瓜 Ondeh Ondeh 和 咖啡冰皮月饼

又是一个丰富的美食满天飞的周目。原本星期六要去auntie irene 那里学做lotus paste filing for the moon cake. but because need to settle some things that why didn't go up.
