這個是上個星期六做的酵素﹐今天已經是第五天了﹗
看外表﹐聞起來也好像有點香檳的味道﹗我想應該是成功了吧﹗呵呵~~~
現在的我每天一放工回家﹐涼都還沒沖就先看看這瓶酵素﹗
然後就拿乾淨的筷子﹐給它來個上下攪拌﹗
好開心噢﹗等多十天﹐大概就可以開始喝咯﹗

hi nicole, this bottle you are using is not too big, a bit like those Nescafe bottle size. One packet of rock sugar is much more then enough... but your 1 packet is how many grams leh? also i think you use the white color rock sugar right? did you notice that the one irene use is brownish leh? white color is after bleach, so it turn white, hence not that healthy lor, better use brownish color one hor :) Maybe i see wrongly :p kakaka

this bottle ia bigger than nescafe 1, because i rushing 4 doing 酵素 and 1st time doing so ...get a small 1 1st! hee hee...i will find the bigger 1 to do second 1!
ya, i used brownish sugar! but dont know why this time the sugar are lighth colour! irene already remind me must use brownish sugar!
Nicole, your enzyme looks good. 1 question, how come your enzyme has many water huh?

thank you! hee hee... i also dont know, 1st day only, water already reach that level! at 1st i also get shock le, i tell my roommate also, if too much water then i need to take out some, but lucky is like that already!
i think maybe becuase i use pinapple, and i also forget to buy 半熟的, this pinapple are 熟的﹗hee hee ...
nicole, some brown rock sugar is lighter in color, should be fine :) you know lah, picture is misleading lor, i just worry you forget or miss this info lor...
also if you use too ripe fruit, then the enzyme is not much leh...

ha ha...maybe the rock sugar too light la! irene already 千吩咐萬吩咐must use brownish 1, cannot use white 1!

the rock sugar you can but at any 藥材店 or 雜貨店。you must tell them you want them brownish one! the glass bottle, i bought from OG, but i think my one is not very suitable, try to find that type used by auntie irene!

You can try Ikea. I bought it long ago in Ikea but dunno now still hv or not! I heard from dejiang programme "最爱帮帮忙“ some ppl say can get it from Sheng xiong but i also not sure really hv or not. In fact this bottle i use for chinese year goodies and now i can use to do enzyme ...hehehe
