這是紅糟豬肉。



這是我最愛的玉粟黍蛋花湯。

请问要如何煮玉粟黍蛋花湯?材料那里可以买到?我看了受不了,也想自己煮?请多多指教。

很簡單的﹗

材料﹕
罐頭玉粟黍(妳可以選顆粒或者creamy type 的)

雞蛋1粒 (打散)

水 (份量自己決定)

薯粉水 (少許)

做法﹕
把玉粟黍和水一起煮﹐放調味料﹐煮滾後﹐放少許薯粉水﹐濃稠度就以各人喜好﹗把雞蛋淋下去﹐熄火。如果要加點顏色﹐就放一點青蔥咯﹗

除了上面的材料﹐如果妳要的話﹐也可以加點肉碎/hot dog/蟹肉條﹐隨妳喜好﹗
