I also do grape enzyme last week. I bought 2 kg n also the big grape like yrs. Quite easy to peel too so next time can do bigger bottle. But i bought the grape at cold storage at S$8.00 /kg . Bought expensive liau.
ya, this big grapes are easy to peel. i just want to try 1st, maybe next time will do the big bottle. almost people said cold storage's things are expensive. normally i buy from the friuts stall, think is more cheaper.
2kg, i think is just half bottle only right? my longan that one need to use about 4kg le.
Ya 2kg only hv half bottle. I scare to peel ma cos everybody said not easy to peel but after tried this i think the big one is quite easy to peel lor. So next time i can do more liau!

Btw, tanjong pagar market will under go renovation from next week.Until next of OCT, 6 weeks. One of the stall owner told me...
i think you should try because few of them said the taste is nice lo. either auntie irene also said, but just she is lazy to peel skin. hee hee ...
yalo, boring la. chinatown also under renovation, now tanjong pagar also want to renovation. then i will less few choose liao. but is ok la, they do renovation is good for us also ma! ^_^
I bought big grape from X-tra ntuc at ang mo kio, 1 box only cost $2.99 quite cheap. They have a lot of beetroot and seedless 'big' green lemon at $6.90 per kg. Now aday green lemon seem getting more and more expensive, last mth i only bought at $4 per kg
some of the ntuc can get all the things, but also got some cant get.
nowday the green lemon is expensive, because of a lot people doing enzyme and also got a lot people doing billy's lemon juice. so the price will increase.

不过可是超好喝的！！ 再酸也值得。
真巧哦nicole,我今天也做了葡萄酵素,剥皮剥得好累,又买错买到有种子的,去种子也去得好累.我还做了两瓶木瓜酵素,剥了好多檸檬,手拿刀拿到要抽筋了,明天会做甜菜根和葡萄柚酵素,好象没时间做糕点了.不过键康比较重重.大家加油!
