就是我不用搬家啦~~~ YEAH﹗﹗﹗
就說那個屋主啦﹐什麼niece要結婚﹐要搬進來住﹐根本就是鬼話連篇﹗
說到底﹐就為了一個[錢]子﹐臭烏龜王八蛋﹐死錢臉﹗
一開口就要每人加S$30。 好沒關係﹐就加給他﹐就當是給乞丐咯﹗

恭喜恭喜！总算可以安定下来了。教你一个方法，每天放一块在一个罐子里，一个月就有$30 liao,比一次过拿出$30，就不会那么心痛了。

final, we sure will agree, because if i need to move. i will waste my time to call for room, agent fee, transport fee. ..etc
from the 1st day i move in, i already know he not a good landlord, now i never call his name, just call him MONEY FACE! hee hee ...

he is more happy than me lo! anyway, never mind la, the MONEY FACE want money then just give him lo! hope that he wont do it again after 3 months, i will ask him go to hell!
替你高兴，不用搬了，你可就省下很多时间做你喜欢的事咯！要不然的话，要花时间找屋子，整理行李，搬东搬西，蛮累的。如果碰到好的landlord,价钱又合理的话，你就可以漂漂亮亮的搬走咯。

哇！真的恭喜你可以不用搬家了，可以省下很多麻烦。搬家真得很麻烦而且要找房子也不容易，现在的房租也不断地在起价。终于可以暂时安定啰！去玩也比较开心了吧！

他的老婆本早就存好了﹐只是沒有人要嫁給他﹐一點情趣都沒有﹐每天只會在家裡﹗我看只要女鬼才要他﹗
他已經47歲了﹗看來他應該是要存另一種本吧﹗呵呵~~~

Glad that u need not have to move house now. Think for S$30/person is still worth it to stay on for the time being, coz now property market prices have gone up, it's normal that landlord would 就席起价. U may have to pay a higher rent if u source at this market. My colleage who rented an 3-room condo also have her nice landlord asking for a S$500 increase, fortunately her family has just applied for PR & have plan to get a HDB flat. At least there's no immediate pressure to find a place to stay. Meanwhile, just bear with it but lookout for a more suitable place to move since u don't like landlord. Be the one to walk out of the him next time, hahaha. Also, don't give him excuse to kich u out again, perhaps avoid cooking strong favoured food or store in the fridge since he expressed dislike already. 我个人是认为既然同住一个屋檐下，还是和平相处，以合为贵, 不要闹得太僵。
margaret, 其實我們和他也沒有什麼﹐只是不爽他用這樣的橋段而已﹐要加租可以坦白講﹐我們都是明理的人﹗不需要把親戚都把出來﹐然後又說到自己很偉大似﹐叫他的親戚租別的地方﹗
沒關係的啦﹗他要S$30就給他咯﹗nicole不會跟他吵架的﹗不過還好nicole平常也很少跟他說話﹐所以也沒怎樣咯﹗

ya, we have signed the contract but after the 1st 3 three, if either party want/ask to move just give 1 month notice only!
